I'm looking for advice on how best to sell my hybrid timber frame package and house design. I had to stop my house build project before breaking ground, however the timber frame package has been cut and completed. It's Hamill Creek package, so very well designed and top quality finishing. I apologize if this is not appropriate for this discussion group , but any insight is appreciated. For reference the house design has a 30' x 30' foot print , 2 floors and a loft.
