I recently found out that it was zone three in Massachusetts, that I needed this number for. I was unaware that each state had it's own zones. Jim PS. I still need the info if anyone know it, or where I can find it threw a link.

Jim,
I'm not sure if this is a new number but I just came out of our Building Inspectors office with a Live Roof Load of 40psf. As you probably know, we have not adopted ICC codes yet and are still working with '93BOCA. So, 40psf is most likley not a new number; guess I'm not helpng much here....
