web page We are a smaller, but very prestige's timber frame company located in the Foothills of Northern Colorado, just West of Loveland/Ft. Collins area. Many of our homes have been featured in National magazines and we have a reputation of quality and creative work.

Currently we are looking for people with some timber frame experience, who are looking to make a career in timber framing, who want to settle down in a beautiful place and be a part of a great company. We have been in the timber frame business for 11 years.

This position has endless opportunity but will take time and a "proving" of oneself. It is our philosophy that each person we hire must be willing to "pay their dues" as we the owners have and learn our system and all aspects of the business before they can lead others effectively. Depending on your skills, attitude and work ethic this process could happen in a timely fashion.

Since we are a smaller shop 5 full time employees, 4 currently in the shop, everyone does everything at times. We are preparing for growth as we have seen the potential for work. But we want to grow at a smart pace. So once we feel like we have the committed, knowledgeable people as a part of our team the potential for personal and company growth is tremendous.

We offer many benefits to employees committed to staying and growing with us. A medical reimbursement program, tuition reimbursement, simple IRA’s, year end bonuses, project bonuses, paid vacations, etc.

Specifically, you would be involved in all aspects of the business; layout, cutting, finishing, yard maintenance, inventory and raising the frame. Again, having knowledge or experience in compound joinery, leading others and CAD a plus. You must be a good problem solver, thorough, meet cutting deadlines, follow shop protocol and be a team player. Once we see you have these skills and a commitment to our company then we would talk about lead positions and from there management positions.

The work is hard, fun and rewarding and it is a great place to work and grow.

Thank you.
