I am looking for information on the pros and cons of dismantling, moving, and then re-using an old barn frame as a house frame. There are contractors in my area (Vermont)that offer barn frames for this purpose, and I would like to do a little research on the matter before going forward with it. If someone could point me in the direction of any publications, books, previous posts, or other sources of information on this subject,it would be much appreciated.
