I am looking for TimberLock fasteners as mentioned on page 70 of the "Timber Frame Joinery & Design Workbook". I did a web search on both "TimberLock" and "Green Mountain Precision Frames" to no avail. Are these folks still out and about? I have an architect and builder who are convinced that timbers joined with steel are going to be cheaper than those using all wood joinery. If any one knows of any references to the contrary that I could steer them to, this also would be appreciated.
