I have an old bank barn (two floors with open hayloft) that needs repairs. I estimate it is about 40' x 80' with wood siding (1 x 8 horizontal) and many windows and vents. The siding is very old and splitting and many of the windows are broken, splitting or rotting. The stone foundation is in okay shape. Some of the support timbers have shifted off the foundation or are rotting where the meet the ground.
I would really like to restore this barn as part of my working cattle farm (mostly for hay storage but also because it's been on the farm for 150+ years, I think). If you would like to look at it and give me an estimate of time and expense, I would love to hear from you. It is located in the Central Maryland area (Keymar).
Thanks.
