Not knowing much about the art of barrel making ....but they look to me like tools I have seen a cooper use to finish the top end of a barrel or maybe some thing smaller like a bucket.

I don't know, but it kinda reminds me of leather working tools I have seen.

The brass and rosewood(?) make me wonder about it being from India or that region.

I hope some one can educate us.
