On the blade of this gouge router, probably part of a 19th c. ship carpenter's tool kit, is an iron cross, above an arrow pointing to it, above a B with a circle around it. Does anyone know what company this is? Thanks.

That logo is usually close to the tang or socket on the bottom side of the chisel. On the top side of the chisel it is usually marked: W. BUTCHER, CAST STEEL
