Hi,

I seem to recall (from some time back) Leon Buckwalter was going to make a prototype with his students and I think that he had it in mind to develop same and hopefully sell on the open market.

Any progress Leon ?

There are lots of good vintage boring machines available - Roughly $100-150 and up for wood framed machines (Snell, Swan, etc.) and $350 and up for the top of the line Millers Falls machines. I'd be quite surprised if new machines could be manufactured for the limited market for that kind of prices.

What I would like to see available are new bits for these machines...

Cheers,
Dan
