I am looking to convert a basic barn. I have seen all the partnerships with the SIPS guys but was wondering if one could just sheath the exterior walls inside and out with OSB then infill will blown in insulation? The electric would be easy and so would the interior finish. The barn is 36x60 so there is plenty of heavy beam exposure even with the exterior timber frame covered. The 8" beams will also allow for around R30 in the wall. It seems, by my math, to be a financial winner as well. Can somone confirm or tear apart this logic for me.
thanks,

Obviously I am new to this
