You're a good writer--I like the way you present the material. I'm sure it will gain followers. What you're doing is a lot like what some of us here have been recently advocating: Creating a "forum" geared toward historic discussion. Seems this Guild is heavily focused on those who are active timberframers, but as your blog and its early following suggests, there are those also interested in historic research and the roots of the craft seeking a "forum." I hope your blog ferrets out some like-minded folks.

As to what Ken was saying, I think his (and my) wish is to have something like your blog emerge here in the TFG community where its more free-formed and people can enter topics and have them discussed / commented on...I'm not a blog expert, but I think blogs are not as "free-formed" as forums (a blog has a clear "leader" etc...).

Anyway, I salute your new venture, wish it well, and will follow it. Keep it up!
