None at all.
It works well on Mac and PC. There are oddball issues on both depending on what video card / drivers you are running, but for most folks it works great out of the box.

I used to take a paper pad and pencil and film camera to the job site when I was documenting and moving barns. If I had this technology then, I'd take the paper and pencil, laptop, and a digicam. Document all the big things on day one with paper and pencil and depending on the building (leaky? power?) maybe the laptop in a central location, then in the hotel @ night build up what I could in SketchUp. Day two would be to double check and verify and get all the minor components together. If I had helpers with me I could pilot the laptop and let the helpers pull dimensions and shout them out as I noted them in digi form. Then a full documentation with the digicam.
