I go by the intersection of Pride St and 302 almost daily. I'll have to take a drive-by. What makes me think the barn is circa 1900 is the split-pane windows and the iron additions w/ the square nuts.

But these could have been later additions, not original components. What does it have for a foundation? What are the nature of the sawmarks on the wall studs (this studding is another indication of a later date)? 1824 is not typical for square rule...a little too early, but there are always exceptions. That's what makes this stuff interesting.
