I want to get one of those in addition, but I know those are available. They came up on a peg removal topic. On Morton building nails that hold the sheet metal (nails with a rubber gasket washer), you need a cats paw or similar tool to displace the rubber and get under the nail head to pull it. Straight vice grips would not be able to grab the head until it was out a ways. Even then, it would likely crush or deform the flat head, making it more difficult to grip and pull. So the attachment will be like a cats paw or wonderbar type split fork.
