Interesting, more regulation, statutes, restrictions. I take it we are too stupid to know when it is proper to save a historic building, so make rule or regulation to guard against such stupidity. I would think education is a better approach and leave the government out of it. A different approach is needed. Funding? Take advantage of philanthropist via education on the matter. Educate the farmer or better yet educate the real-estate agents. How about the architects?
