Sadly not Tim. Although I've done repairs to something similar, but I've not yet sorted through the photos to see if there's anything usable in there. I agree with our comments re: insulation. One huge difference between French and American carpentry is that the French still tend to have the roofing timbers extend outside the building envelope. The standard form is principal rafter with the purlins outside the principal rafters (arbalétriers) and the common rafters outside them. The purlins and common rafters all extend beyond the walls. There's some movement to change this practice in order to meet the new thermal performance standards, but change is slow!
