We have a barn that we would like to sell. A portion of this barn was originally a gristmill in Shelby, Ohio. The barn measures 36' x 60' and is a bank barn. The frame is made of oak and beech timbers with a gable roof still containing the wooden shakes. The frame is hand-hewn and is dated around 1820 - 1830. We would like to sell the barn to be dismanteled and removed from the site. Thank you.
