I am following up to my own question. I searched the web for trebuchet and found a lot of info for anyone interested in this subject. the best thing I found is at
www.trebuchet.com it is called mactreb and by entering diferent specifications it will show you the performance of your trebuchet. It is only avalable for mac users but we all have a mac dont we? You can do a search for mactreb and go right to it.
