if you know how to produce "standard" stick frame panels, then i would consider using them as wall systems.
stick frame walls can be wired, plumbed, and insulated easily and fastened to the outside of the frame easily. One element we change from a standard stick frame is to use extra studs around the door and extra fasteners to the frame in the door area.
We used this method on our first house and cut our own 1.125"x6" to use as framing.......
Stick frame panels would do well on smaller buildings like the bunk house mentioned
