Folks,
Some of my brewing books talk about old breweries in the EU that would have been tiered timber structures. The brewing system would have been gravity fed between processes so would have been a 3 - 4 story tower. Often times you would see the brewery stand out in town given its height.
I have no idea to the truth of this and was wondering if anyone had some historical info on such structures?
Makes me thirsty anyways
