Got my hands on a pre-beta version. Only runs on Ice Cream Sandwich. Here it is on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus:

Uses the accelerometer to orbit and pan. Pinch to zoom, etc. Should be great for checking dimensions in the field!

This is running on my iPhone - much nicer on the iPad.

single finger to orbit
two fingers to pan
pinch to zoom
and it can transfer 'scenes' from SketchUp

no way to control layer visibility or section cuts straight out of SU, but you can take it to an intermediate software and set some of those things up.

Sort of. Same software that exports the 3d PDF, but a different format. There is an app that you download to view them, linked to a DropBox folder. They come in as '.zim' files.
